Product Basics
What kinds of shoes does it work with?
Shoe Slyde is ideal for most footwear — especially dress shoes, loafers, boots, and any pair with a structured heel. If your shoe opening is extremely tight, you may need to loosen laces or adjust fit first. Shoe Slyde is also great for athletic shoes. (We like to keep our running and hiking shoes in great shape.)
Will it stretch my shoes?
No, when used properly it helps your foot enter the shoe without forcing the heel. It’s meant to protect shape, not change it.
Is it really “wallet-sized”?
Yes, Shoe Slyde is made to carry easily in a wallet, pocket, bag, or travel kit—so you’re not stuck going barefoot-shoe-horn-less when you change shoes. (Try it on a golf course or at the airport, thank us later)
How do I use Shoe Slyde?
- Slide Shoe Slyde into the back of the shoe (about parallel to the heel counter).
- Keep it steady while you guide your foot in.
- Once your heel is seated, remove the Shoe Slyde and you’re set.
Do I need to loosen my laces first?
It depends on the shoe. If the shoe is snug, yes — loosening laces makes entry smoother and reduces strain on the shoe. Shoe Slyde helps, but it can’t override a shoe that’s laced too tight.
Can I use it with boots?
Yes, especially with dress boots and lace-up boots. For taller shafts, you may need to angle it slightly as your heel passes in.
How long does a Shoe Slyde last?
With normal use, it’s made to be a long-term daily carry item. Like anything you carry often, it may show cosmetic wear over time, but it’s designed to stay functional. So far, daily use has shown little wear in the past year but as we gather more input about this we will be sure to update our customers on the FAQ page, website, and social media.
How do I clean it?
Wipe with a soft cloth. If needed, use mild soap and water, then dry fully before putting it back in your wallet or bag.
Will the design wear off?
Graphics can wear depending on how you carry it (wallet friction, keys, coins, etc.). The product is built for use—scuffs are normal for daily carry. We don't like unwanted transfer on our clothing either, so we have taken great care to choose designs that don't rub off easily.
Orders & Support
I entered the wrong address—can I change it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Contact us ASAP with your order number and the correct address.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Once it ships, it falls under our return process.
My order says “delivered” but I don’t have it. What should I do?
First, check mailbox/parcel lockers, building office, and with neighbors. Then contact the carrier. If you still can’t locate it, reach out to us with your order number—we’ll help you troubleshoot.
Do you offer bulk pricing or wholesale?
Yes. No matter if you're a regular customer, retailer, menswear shop, corporate buyer, event organizer, contact us for bulk options.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you need a replacement for a defective item or the wrong item was sent, we’ll make it right. For other exchanges, we may process a return and you can place a new order.
What if my Shoe Slyde arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within seven of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll resolve it quickly.
