Shipping From

All orders ship from Colorado, USA.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 


United States Shipping

Free U.S. Shipping (Economy — Untracked)

We offer free U.S. shipping via economy mail. This option does not include tracking and may not show scans while in transit.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days

  • Tracking: Not included

Tracked Shipping (Optional Upgrade)

If you prefer delivery confirmation, you can select a Tracked Shipping option at checkout (when available).

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Tracking: Included

Tracking Included on Orders $15+

Orders of $15 or more (typically bundles) ship with tracking included whenever possible.

 


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, customs, and local postal services. At checkout, you’ll see the options available for your country.

International Economy (Untracked)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–6+ weeks (customs can add time)

  • Tracking: Not included

International Tracked (Optional Upgrade, Recommended)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 weeks (varies by destination)

  • Tracking: Included where available

 


Delivery Issues & Support

Untracked Shipments (Important)

Untracked shipments do not provide delivery confirmation:

  • U.S. Economy (Untracked): If your order hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, contact us and we’ll review next steps.

  • International Economy (Untracked): Because there is no delivery confirmation, untracked international shipments are not eligible for free replacement or refund if marked “undelivered.” If delivery certainty matters, please choose International Tracked at checkout.

Tracking Marked “Delivered,” But Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered,” please:

  • check your mailbox/porch and around your property

  • ask household members or neighbors

  • allow 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark delivered early)

If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us and we’ll advise next steps.

 


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the customer covers the new shipping cost.

 


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
